Experience
I'm Dara Perreira, the founder of Sequel Professional Development.
My work is shaped by over two decades in human resources and leadership, working directly with organizations, executives, boards and leadership teams.
This includes:

- Supporting leadership transitions and succession considerations
- Working within complex organizational dynamics where decisions impact people, performance, and direction
I bring both an internal and external lens:
